"it is the 2nd time hotels.com is selling me a place that does not exist anymore. we went to the place after calling but failing to get an answer multiple times, they said they are not open for a year. it was a terrible experience to walk all the way with the luggage at night and trying to find another available hotel was awful."

"We loved our stay at this resort. The drive up was pretty intense as it’s out the way, so we didn’t spend loads of time in the accommodation but wow the views were incredible morning & evening looking out to the river!! Food was nice, staff very friendly. They had dogs on site which were very friendly also. Can be very noisy throughout the night with dogs howling and birds."

"Der blev afholdt 2 store arrangementer samme dag. Det betød at vi blev vækket med høj musik allerede kl. 7.00. Da der skulle afholdes bryllup ventede vi 1 time på morgenmaden. Det viste sig at der også skulle holdes fødselsdag om aftenen - så der var høj musik til 23.15. Der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset mens vi var der, og der var ikke wifi på værelserne som der er angivet. "

"Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Nice place, friendly couple own it. It is up a big hill, take the taxi the first time, the owner will show you the short cut which is easier than the road. Basic room, no AC but the fan was enough when I was there."

"Lovely boutique hotel made even more special by the people who work here. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, an excellent en-suite shower room, and a balcony with a view over the pool. The downstairs lounge and breakfast area were also spacious and lovely. Dinner was served outside on a balcony overlooking the front. "Desde el balcón puedes ver a los monos y a las ardillas saltando de aquí para allá. La casera Lakshmi es una señora muy simpática. Me puse un día enferma y me trajo medicinas naturales y en seguida comenzar a sentirme mejor. Todo un lujo. Me sentí como en mi propia casa. La comida es maravillosa y abundante. No lo cambiaríamos por nada. "

"First thing first... This is a HOMESTAY! Meaning you will be staying in their house. If that is what you want then you will be happy. The guy that runs the place is very nice. He does however want to be around you all the time. As for the rooms, you get what you pay for works here, they are very basic. 2 plug ins, 1 worked, 1 shocked me. Went to make tea, opened the sugar jar up and noticed it was actually an ant colony living in the sugar. Breakfast was delicious, home made rotti and eggs...
