A modern and cozy apartment, equipped with everything you need to spend as a family or group. and if you need to work from home this is the perfect place.
Guest access
Green areas: 20 meters from the house there is a roundabout with some trees and chairs where you can sit outdoors, watch the sunset, the stars, the mountains. In front of the house you will find a green area. You can also walk the streets, dirt roads, pass by a river.
you'll also find about 300m 3 recreational spots, pools and paid restaurants.

The apartment we rented is wholly private and independent of the rest of the property.
in the first floor you will have the living room, dining room and kitchen. Also two rooms for four people; both rooms with a shared bathroom. ( ALL THESE SPACES HAVE CEILING AND WALL FANS)
