The cozy flat is in a detached typical stone-built farmhouse with only two flat. The flat has an exclusive nice garden and portico and gazebo, with entrance that open onto the garden. The house is furnished with romantic rustic furniture, windows are with blackout curtains and mosquito nets. There is a bedroom with double bed closed with a curtain, the living room with a sofa-bed, the kitchen and the bathroom. The house has air conditioning , TV and washing machine . The house is close to Lucca (20 km) and Pisa (30 km) and Firenze (100 km).
It is easily accessible, highway is at 5 km. The access road ends at the house and parking free is near the house or about 50-80 meters away.
