We offer you five vacation apartments in Tuscan style for 1 to 4 persons with a size of approx. 50 m². There is no shared access to the apartments, so you can spend your vacation in complete safety. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace with comfortable seating and loungers. Here you can enjoy a glass of good wine amidst cork oaks, olive trees and cypresses as the sun sets and the crickets chirp and let your gaze wander over the wide valley.

The Olivo (olive tree) apartment is directly adjacent to the main house, the “Palazzina”. In front of the entrance, there is a terrace with a beautiful view. There is a table, chairs and sun loungers on site. On the first floor there is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine ...) and a flat-screen TV. A small wall with exposed brickwork is located in this room. A staircase, covered with golden marble, leads to the upper floor. Here there is a bedroom with a romantic four-poster bed, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. This apartment sleeps a total of four people. Two are in the bedroom and two more are on a cozy sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. The Olivo apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

The country house is in an ideal position to reach all the attractions of Tuscany. The Mediterranean Sea is 17 km away, a beautiful natural lake 5 minutes, there are many historic towns, a mountainous region, typical restaurants throughout the region to taste the Italian recipes, thermal baths, leisure and amusement parks and the possibility of practicing many sports activities surrounded by nature.
The historic town of Massa Marittima is 3 km away. It offers many sights, numerous restaurants, two large supermarkets, a weekly market, pharmacies and a hospital.
