Villa Mary is a beautiful property in Sorrento Peninsula, located in a panoramic position offers stunning views of the entire gulf of Naples on one side and the island of Capri to the other side, set in a peaceful location in Massa Lubrense guest with short drive can reach the center of town which offers all services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. this part of the peninsula is popular for the exclusive lidos, is actually where locals uses to go to enjoy a day by the sea!
The villa has large private garden and features terraces on each floor, all with amazing sea view, guest of the villa will also have access to an exclusive shared sea water pool which is about 300 meters from the property and is reachable through 185 stairs. The pool is equipped with sun lounges (at least three are guaranteed for the guests of the villa) and has amazing sea view as well!

Every terrace of the villa is equipped with garden furniture such as tea tables, sofas where to relax and enjoy the stunning views, there is a large table and chairs set under a pergola where to organize al fresco meals.

The property develops in different levels and covers over 250 square meters, entrance leads to a spacious living room with sofas, arm chairs and fire place, dining room with large table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and a wood pizza oven as well. There are four double bedrooms, two of which have private bathroom with shower, and the other two use the two other bathrooms of the hose, every bedroom has a direct access to a terrace or balcony overlooking the sea.

The villa has many amenities such as air conditioning, internet wi-fi, parking space for one car, BBQ, Satellite TV, fenced garden, washing facilities, but it is a bit outdated, for this reason you can’t expect a luxury property, that’s why despite the size and the amenities it offers, it has a price that is lower compared to other properties with similar features, but more modern and equipped.
Also, the cleaning fee may seem quite high, but this is due to the wide spaces inside and outside.

Finally, this villa is not recommended for elderly individuals or senior citizens due to the accessibility challenges, including the presence of stairs and steps throughout the property.

The villa is located in Massa Lubrense this part of coast if popular for the lidos, such as Capitan cook, Baia delle Sirene, the center of Massa town is 2.6 km away, Marina del Cantone with famous lidos such as Conca del sogno, La perla, or very delicious restaurants is 10 km away. Sorrento city center is 9 km away;

Rental rules:
A refundable deposit of 300 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after inspection takes place in case of any damage.
Check-In time from 15:00, after 21:00 late check in possible at the price of Euro 50.00 paid locally
Check-Out time by 10:00 AM.
Swimming pool is open from from 3rd June to 30th Sept.
