The real heart of Fontanarosa is the exterior consisting of a fenced, well-kept and flowered terraced garden, a private pool (maximum width 5 m, depth 120 cm - open from May 1 to October 31) and a large patio of 60 square meters with table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue area, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, grills at sunset or simply to enjoy the silence and the view.
The house (100 sqm, all on one floor) is bright and welcoming. Here you will find an open-plan living room with satellite TV and direct access to the patio, a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, stove and freezer, 3 bedrooms, one double with air conditioning and panoramic window, one with a single bed + foldaway bed and a bedroom with bunk beds; 2 shower rooms.

The access road is typical of the area, a bit narrow: a small and medium-sized car is recommended. Private parking space included.
