Villa Avion is a stunning property close to Nerano a lovely village with some of the most beautiful beaches of the entire Sorrento’s peninsula which is located in Marina del Cantone, where guest can find equipped beaches or could rent sun beds and umbrellas. This area is also served with some great restaurants.

Sorrento is about 20 km away from Nerano, while the nearest bigger towns are Massa Lubrense and Sant’ Agata sui due Golfi which are both served with all necessary such as supermarkets, bars, post office, restaurant and little shops.

The gorgeous property is located on a private road in very a quiet area, there is a pedestrian gate which takes to the main entrance after climbing few steps.

The house is spread over three floors and has also an internal lift which connects all level.

The entrance leads onto the large living room with dining area, all equipped with luxury furniture such as sofas, large wooden dining table, flat screen satellite TV big sliding glass doors that leads to the first terrace, furnished with lounging seats and external table with chairs where to enjoy lovely meals or just refreshing drinks.
The living room offers also luxury amenities such as a piano, a Bose music sound system, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi.

On the same floor, there is an open plan kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, fridge and freezer and ice maker. There is also a service bathroom on this level.

The first-floor features 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, two of those have access to a second large terrace equipped with Jacuzzi hot tub and a wonderful sea view!

On this floor, there is one additional terrace where is located the pizza oven and barbecue as well as an external kitchen which makes the ideal place for al fresco meals!

On the third floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, two of the bedrooms have access to a nice terrace overlooking the wonderful blue sea that distinguish this unique destination.
The pool is located on the above terrace, which features an external shower, and on the last above terrace is set a very large solarium with sun lounges, all complemented with a wonderful view of the Nerano bay.

Located not far from the beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano, an ancient fishing village that today is a renowned tourist resort with a small town surrounded by villas, hotels and some of the best starred restaurants of the peninsula.

Rental rules
The minimum stay is 7 nights starting on Saturdays.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Check-in after 9:00pm: € 50
The guests are responsible for the proper and decent behaviour of his/her party.
The refundable security deposit is 1.500 and has to be pre- paid before arrival.
City tax: € 3,00 per person, per day
