VILLA ALCINA - SORRENTO PENINSULA
Located on the Sorrento peninsula with views over the sea and the Gulf of Naples, this is an elegant three-story house with a swimming pool. It is set in a large park and can accommodate up to 30 people, making it ideal for group holidays, events, or weddings. Centrally located, the villa is within a short walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other amenities, and good transport connections.

Villa Alcina (1000 sqm) develops over five levels. Guest can reach the villa from the parking area along a short, flat, private walkway.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with sofas and a fireplace), a large dining room (which accommodates up to 30 people) and two professional-grade kitchens (with a nine-burner gas hob, an electric oven, a wood-fired pizza oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, an Italian coffee maker, and other small appliances). Both kitchens have French doors which open onto the garden and patios. You will also find four guest bathrooms (with toilet and wash basin) and a laundry room (with washing machine and clothes dryer).

On the first floor (reached by an elevator from the ground floor) you will find:

- One suite with three inter-connected rooms: a double/twin bedroom (with king-size bed that
can be divided into two singles on request) with en-suite bathroom (with hydro massage
shower, jacuzzi bath, wash basin and toilet), a sitting area (with a king size sofa bed,
satellite TV, desk, safe and mini fridge) and double French windows opening onto a small
terrace with a sea view.

- One double/twin bedroom (with a king size bed that can be divided on request, TV, safe and
mini fridge) with en-suite bathroom (with hydro massage shower and jacuzzi bath) and
double French windows opening onto small terraces with sea views.

- Two double/twin bedrooms (with king-size beds that can be divided on request, satellite TV,
desk, safe and mini fridge) with en-suite bathrooms (with hydro massage showers and
jacuzzi baths) and double French windows opening onto small terraces with a sea view.

- Three double/twin bedrooms (with king-size beds that can be divided on request, satellite

On the second floor (reached by an elevator) you will find the first terrace (30 sqm) with a stunning view of the sea and garden. Here, you will also find

en-suite bathroom (with hydro massage shower and jacuzzi bath), a sitting area (with a king
size sofa bed, satellite TV, desk, safe and mini fridge) and double French windows opening
onto a balcony with a sea view.

On the roof level (reached by an elevator) you will find a second terrace (30 sqm) with a partially shaded, heated jacuzzi (with hydro massage and 6 seats). There are tables, chairs, and sun loungers on the terrace, and a view of the sea that is spectacular. On this level, you will also find find one suite with three inter-connected rooms: a double bedroom (with king size bed) with en-suite bathroom (with hydro massage shower, jacuzzi bath, wash basin, toilet, and hairdryer), a sitting area (with a king size sofa bed, satellite TV, desk, safe and mini fridge) and double French windows opening onto the terrace.

On the top level, you will find a third terrace (80 sqm) reached from an external staircase. Here you can enjoy spectacular views over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples, and Mount Vesuvius.

Outside you will find a large garden (22,000 sqm) partially shaded by tall pine trees. The garden has a private swimming pool (12 m x 8 m; open 1 April – 31 October) with a whirlpool corner, a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas) and an open-air shower, as well as tables, chairs, hammocks, and a barbecue. There are two patios (both 60 sqm in size). A pergola shades the first patio, which is furnished with tables and chairs. A pergola and awning shade the second patio, which is furnished with wicker sofas and chairs.
