Spacious and stylish, Magia Estate is a breathtaking retreat only 1km from Marina Della Lobra beach (rocky), and 700m from the centre of Massa Lubrense, making this perfect for large gatherings and special celebrations. This expansive estate spans nearly five acres of lush Mediterranean landscape with panoramic sea views.

The estate develops between 2 main houses: Magia Sud and Magia Nord, each with their own private garden, pool and sunbathing terraces. And all around the gardens, 2 acres of land are dedicated to citrus and olive groves and the cultivation of organic vegetables.

MAGIA NORD

With an internal lift to all floors of the property, this house offers privacy and independence, as well as an infinity pool which can be heated on request.

On the ground floor, the large living room is furnished with two 3-seater sofas, a TV and a white oval dining table for 8, and from the dining area, glass doors lead through to the kitchen. The ground floor also has a laundry room and guest bathroom. The sleeping rooms on this level are:
• Double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace and pool area.
• Bedroom with small double bed (better suited for one adult or two children) and en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, we find three more bedrooms:

• Double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with large shower and access to private sea view patio.
• One bedroom with two single beds which can be converted into a double, en-suite bathroom with shower and private terrace with sea view.
• Double bedroom with king size bed, sea view, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Facilities: barbecue areas, lifts, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning throughout the villas, on site parking for 6 cars, daily housekeeping 4 hours per day included, towels and bed linen, pool towels, continental breakfast included, baby cot, luggage service, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, washing machine, safe, Wi-Fi Internet, iron.
