Villa La Pineta, surrounded by 650sqm of lawns and ornamental plants plus 12,000sqm of fruit groves, has every modern comfort and a swimming pool. The villa is located in Sant'Agata village in a privileged position within easy reach of beaches and the most celebrated tourist localities of the Sorrentine and Amalfi coasts, such as Sorrento (10 km)and Positano (17 km).

Villa La Pineta (360 sqm) is built on three levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a lounge area (with sofas), a dining area (with wooden dining table seating 12) and an old-style kitchen with all the mod cons and access to the terrace. You will also find a laundry room which is accessed from the kitchen terrace (equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board) and a guest bathroom (with basin, toilet). In the sleeping area on this level, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, heating, a fan and access to the terrace) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).

On the first floor (reached by an internal staircase, approx. 25) we find the main sleeping area consisting of: one double bedroom (with double bed, air conditioning, heating and a window with views of Capri island); an adjacent bathroom (with jacuzzi bath and shower, hairdryer, bidet, sink and toilet); one single bedroom (with single bed and desk, heating and a fan); one adjacent bathroom (with shower and hairdryer); one twin bedroom (with two single beds, a desk, two windows, air conditioning, heating).

Finally there is an internal spiral staircase (narrow, with 12-steps) up to the second floor attic which consists of a double bedroom ( double bed, air conditioning, heating) and a small bathroom (with shower, toilet and basin).

Outside, the villa overlooks a large tree-lined lawn leading to a pool (7.26 m x 11m; depth 1.4m - 1.8m; open from 1 April to 31 October) with an attractive decking area, an outdoor dining terrace with a shady lounge area and an outdoor kitchen (with cupboards, pizza oven, sink and grill).
