CASE MARCIA MIA – MASSA LUBRENSE

Marcia Mia are two separate houses next to each other, each with its own terrace, small plunge pool and direct sea access. They are perfect for two families or larger groups, offering a total of 8 bedrooms. Located only 1.5km away from the town of Massa Lubrense, they are the perfect hub for discovering this beautiful part of Italy.

CASA MIA – Sleeps 8+2
On the ground floor, taking 10 steps from the villa’s entrance, we find the living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area, as well as direct access to the outdoor terrace via French doors. The kitchen is equipped with stove, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and more, and it is accessed from the living room. One guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

On the next floor, taking 15 steps down from the ground level, we find a second terrace equipped with table and deck chairs, from where you can enjoy beautiful views. The sleeping area on this floor consists of: one double bedroom with air con and direct access to the terrace; one adjacent bathroom with bath tub and shower; one double bedroom with air con and access to the terrace; one adjacent bathroom with tub and shower.

Taking 15 more steps down from here, we find the next level. Here, we have a third terrace equipped with table and chairs, accessed from the bedrooms. The sleeping area consists of: two twin bedrooms each with with air con and access to the terrace; two adjacent bathrooms with shower.

Outside, the villa offers a total of three terraces with beautiful views and seating furnishings as well as direct access to the sea via 12 steps from the lowest level. At the base of the steps is a public area where you will have the use of two sun loungers and four deck chairs.

GROUND FLOOR
The entrance to the villa is on ground level where we can find a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

FLOOR -1
We then climb to the first floor where we find a bright living area with sofa, and large doors that open onto the terrace, while at the other end, an archway leads directly into the spacious kitchen. There are two bedrooms on this level:
- Double bedroom with Queen size bed. Please note this bedroom does not have a window.
- Master bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, private sea view terrace and small plunge pool (2.20x3.20m, open from April 1st to October 31st)
One separate bathroom with shower accessed via the hallway.

FLOOR -2
Here, we have
- Double bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. No windows.
- Double bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, sofa, and double doors leading onto a large private terrace with sea view.

FLOOR -3
This is the sea level with direct access to the waterfront area.
