The apartment enjoys a privileged position directly overlooking the Bay of Nerano, with access to the beaches, coastal walking paths and some of the most beautiful destinations along the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Peninsula. It is the ideal choice for couples looking for a romantic apartment, combining sea views, a private hot tub, direct beach access and a prime location in beautiful Nerano. Perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries or simply a relaxing escape by the sea.

This elegant 40 sqm apartment is arranged over two levels and it is accessed from the main road via approximately 15 steps.

On the ground floor, we find the kitchen area with direct access to the terrace and outdoor dining area.

From there, the bedroom is accessed via a short external staircase, and enjoys beautiful sea views and is furnished with a Queen-size bed, TV, and air conditioning. There is one en-suite bathroom with shower.

The highlight of Casa Vespucci is its panoramic private terrace overlooking the sea. Furnished for outdoor living and relaxation, the terrace includes:
• Heated hot tub for up to 3 guests (available from April to October)
• Sun loungers
• Parasol
• Outdoor dining area

It is the perfect setting for enjoying breakfast with a view, sunset aperitifs or relaxing under the Mediterranean sun while admiring the spectacular coastline.
Guests also have access to a shared panoramic terrace featuring:
• Large dining table
• Traditional pizza oven (available upon request with the villa's pizzaiolo)

Direct Beach Access
From the property, a scenic staircase of approximately 100 steps leads directly to a charming beach with crystal-clear waters, from where guests can rent sun loungers and umbrellas, swim, and enjoy a beachfront restaurant.

Facilities: Air conditioning, heated hot tub jacuzzi ( for 3 people; open from April 1st to October 31st), sun lounges, umbrella, pizza oven (cannot be operated by guests; used via the arranged pizzaiolo), induction hob (4 burners), electric oven, fridge with freezer, pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, TV, hairdryer, heating, Wi-Fi Internet, pool towels, bed linen and bathroom towels changed every 3 days, iron, baby cot, highchair. Small pets are allowed on request.

PLEASE NOTE:
- the property does not have private parking. Guests can park in a nearby public car park, located a short distance from the property, at an approximate cost of €20.00 per day.
- from the main entrance gate there is a staircase leading all the way down to the sea. As you go down these stairs, you will also reach the entrance of the apartment. The staircase itself is shared by all the apartments, as it is the common access to the property and to the sea. However, once you reach the entrance of Casa Vespucci, the apartment has its own private outdoor area, including a private terrace and private jacuzzi. Guests staying in the other apartments do not need to pass through this private terrace to access their accommodation, so our guests can enjoy their outdoor space in privacy.
