Casa Milli B is a cozy apartment situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps three people. From Casa Milli B you will enjoy a gorgeous view over the Bay of Naples and of Marina di Puolo. Casa Milli B is 20 square meters (215 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a private garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Puolo beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Casa Milli B from the parking area going down a short walkway that includes approximately 35 stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Casa Milli B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a private parking lot. The holiday complex is made up of 15 apartments, among which we have selected the ones with the best location. 


The apartments Casa Milli A , Casa Milli B and Casa Milli C, which are located in the quietest area of the holiday complex, are surrounded by an olive grove, cultivated on the characteristic terraced land.


The complex lies along a verdant hill, sloping gently down to the sea.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Guests older than 75 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool has a sinuous shape, has a diameter of 8 meters (26 feet) and is deep from 1.5 meter (5 feet) to 2.9 meters (9.5 feet). The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of Marina di Puolo and of the Bay of Naples. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September, from 10 am to 7 pm.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool has an oval shape, has a diameter of 7 meters (23 feet) and is deep 1 meters (3.3 feet). The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of Marina di Puolo and of the Bay of Naples. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September, from 10 am to 7 pm.
 Garden
The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. The garden is occasionally crossed by the guests of one other nearby apartment in order to reach their accommodations.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a partial view of the sea.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
