"Wait in line to check in, the walk-in couple ahead of us get a king on top floor. Then proceeds to tell me there are no available rooms left matching what I reserved, king top floor. She puts us in a room that smells like a wet dog and next to a room with someone who yelled and slammed doors at random times. Awful, never again. Unless you like wet dog smell mixed with smokers cologne and paper thin walls…do not stay here. Way too high priced for poor quality."
