You can follow a path from the village for a short walk to the Popponesset Inn for drinks and dinner, or enjoy time at the Popponesset Marketplace, with its famous raw bar, restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee bar, mini golf course, and shops. • Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking stall available for 1 vehicle. Parking passes are required and will be provided in-home upon arrival. The rest are visitor parking throughout the village.

Mashpee is a town on Cape Cod known for its natural beauty, including sandy beaches, views of Nantucket Sound and Vineyard Sound, and four of the largest freshwater ponds on Cape Cod. Some attractions in Mashpee include the Cahoon Museum of American Art, South Cape Beach State Park, and the Cape Cod Children's Museum. Mashpee is also close to the Cape Cod Canal and bridges to the mainland, making it a starting point for day trips to Plymouth and Newport, Rhode Island. • To use the private beach, you must bring the Beach Flag with you. You will not be allowed access without it. If the Flag goes missing or lost, please note that guests will have to pay a $500 replacement fee.
