We are sorry that you ran into some problems during your stay. we do not always know when the elevator will need some care as much as we wish we could plan when the elevator goes down we cannot. We did however offer to help guest bring down any items to make it easier for them. I am sorry that you were unable to use the business center we also offered to let guest email us items and we could of printed them off. I am sorry if these were not offered to you.
