Located in the the heart of downtown Marysville, this is the perfect location for traveling Amazon or Boeing employees, Providence Hospital workers, and those visiting Everett Community College, Whidbey Island, or the Everett/Arlington area at large. Our location is the last stop for the annual Strawberry Festival.
The Space:
-Ideal for one to two guests, this studio offers a cozy queen bed, a full bath, kitchen space, and washer/dryer for laundry
- In keeping with the apartment’s retro theme, the kitchen features a working 70s stove and microwave
- Additionally, you’ll have all the essentials you need to cook your own meals (dishes, utensils, etc.) and a stocked coffee station
- Full bathroom is complete with a shower and bath products for your use

Getting Around:
There is public transportation available into Everett, as well as plenty of vehicle rental options in the area.
Other Things to Note:
- No smoking inside (you may smoke off property and dispose of any ashes off-premises)
- We politely ask that you have no parties or gatherings (only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed)
- Although breakfast isn’t included, there will be staples in the kitchen for your use
- This unit is on the second floor and requires our guests to be able to walk up one flight of stairs
- We love our neighbors! All surrounding residents are very respectful and responsible
-This unit is equipped with a noise monitoring system that detects decibel levels to ensure no parties take place (note* this does not record or "listen in" it only measures volume). It is located on the ceiling above the door
