There is a king-size double bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a separate basin and WC, a kitchen, a sitting room with a gas fire and a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage and a lawned area. West Croft is a lovely holiday base.



The Neighborhood:

Facing the hills of Southern Galloway and backed by the Lake District Fells, the popular seaside resort of Silloth in Cumbria's Western Lakes and Coast sits on the shores of the Solway Firth. Well known for its mild but invigorating climate, its leisurely pace of life, tranquil atmosphere and glorious sunsets and sea views and sunsets, Silloth is a fine holiday destination. Originally built in the late 19th Century to accommodate a port, the creative development of the area is evident in its elegant tree lined streets, extensive sea front and impressive promenade which stretches towards Skinburness. There are 36 acres of open grassland known as "The Green" in the town centre, and a championship golf course overlooks the edge of the town. The scenic Cumbria Coastal Walk runs along the coastline, and there are also superb birdwatching opportunities here. Venture a little further afield for the breathtaking landscape and attractions of the Lake District.
