"The hotel was clean, the room was large and comfortable. We had no issues with noise. Breakfast was good, well served, except for the last day, when there were items missing, but nothing major. It seemed that the responsible was in training or filling up for someone else.
We would definitely return to this hotel."
"The Clark Currier Inn is the benchmark that I will use for all future B&B stays. The accommodations are very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The facility is very nicely appointed with the appropriate furnishings. Even though we appreciated everything about the Inn itself, everything takes second place when compared to the breakfast they serve. I can't say enough good about the food! "Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks.
The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing...
"I would 100% come back to this place. Our suite was absolutely amazing, and very clean. It is spacious, has a very big and cool shower, has great ac and giant tv, plenty of light, has a safe, and the biggest, most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The pillows aren’t as comfortable as the bed, and the breakfast is very limited, but there is plenty of breakfast/brunch places in walking distance, so it was not a big deal. Also, you may have to pay for parking! But, I 1000% recommend staying...

Dois aspectos são contundentes:
1) o prédio é muito antigo, as paredes internas não são de alvenaria: tudo se escuta do quarto ao lado ou corredor, televisão, conversas, e o que mais se pensar, é insuportável, e lógico tive que mudar de quarto, o que não adiantou muito;
2) nas redondezas não existe outro ponto de encontro para os moradores de Exeter que gostam de comer e beber à noite;
