"Hotel was pretty nice. Staff that checked us in, made us feel welcome after a busy volleyball tournament.
Room was clean, and looked the same as advertised. Water pressure was a little weak, but didn’t ruin our stay. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"I made the reservation, and when I arrived at the property, the attendant simply told me there was no room available for me. She didn't even try to resolve my issue. She said it was my problem and I should contact Hoteis.com. To make matters worse, she was very rude and turned her back and went to a room where I saw her with the light off, fiddling with her cell phone, pretending she didn't even see me.
