It`s introduced by a big courtyard, the holiday home for rent in Campomarino is on the first floor with a comfortable outdoor staircase. The flat consists of a big terrace with sea view, furnished as solarium with beach beds and the veranda, with outdoor lounge and dining area. 

The rooms are furnished with attention to details, with refined furniture and well-accessoried. The apartment consists of a living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area of the house for rent consists of two airy double bedrooms, a sofa bed for two guests in the living room and a bathroom with shower.

The surroundings 
A beautiful holiday home by the beach of Campomarino, part of Maruggio, one of the most beautiful beaches of Salento in the area of Taranto. It`s ideal for a vacation in Apulia by the sea, the house is within walking distance from the amenities of the seaside location such as restaurants, bars and pizzerias, but also newsstands, tobacco shops, markets, pharmacy and parapharmacy.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Just small size pets allowed. Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared parking.
- The flat is on the first floor and it easy reachable by comfortable external stairs.
- On the ground floor there is the owners flat.
- Small bbq.
