"Friendly staff. Great meal. Good location. Definately stay here again."

"Absolutely lovely stay at The Lister Arms. Staff are amazing and the reason it's so good. They are helpful and friendly. The only very small downside is the cost. A little overpriced but otherwise beautiful. Couldn't really fault anything at all. The food was to die for."

"Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear...

"It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly Polite and helpful we couldn’t have asked for anything else and I would think we will be going there again thanking the staff great fully"

"Spacious accommodation/friendly staff/ good food."

"Wat een geweldige plek. Het hotel hoort bij een fantastisch restaurant en de kamers zijn van dezelfde hoge kwaliteit. De omgeving Yorkshire Dales is ook prachtig. Een mekka voor wandelen en fietsen"

"Great staff, friendly and very well informed Room was great, restaurant was excellent, bar was fantastic."

"Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It would have been flawless if there was an 2nd pillow and the door from the stairs entry didn’t bang so loundly when people walked through. Both an easy fix. Would definitely recommend"

"Beautiful location, very clean, friendly staff, delicious food. We will definitely visit again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!"

"My 2nd visit here, the staff were friendly and accommodating, room, dinner and breakfast were excellent."

"Room was excellent. Breakfast first class, great selection & quality of food. Used Woodland Spa & ate in hotel restaurant as extras, very impressed with total experience"

"The farm has excellent views to the surrounding countryside, and is within walking distance of Skipton. The farmhouse was spacious and the rooms were cleaned every day. Staff members were always helpful during my say, and the breakfasts were very good."
