"Lovely property and the hosts, Pass the Keys, cannot be faulted. Their communication was exemplary.Apart from the 40 damage waiver being a bit pricey, the rooms were lovely and we appreciated the heating being on when we arrived. Heating was easy to adjust, which we needed to do when we were both awoken by the pipes when the heating came on at 5am! Kitchen had everything we needed and ice in the freezer was so useful.Only bad thing was we couldn't log onto netflix as a previous renter had left...

"The property was a fantastic find, due to its location and protected parking ( a must when wishing to be in the city, but travelling by car). The property was clean and the bedrooms characterful, being in the eaves of the old tannery. We heard no noise from adjoining apartments. From the property, you are about a one/ two minute walk/jog to the city walls and a twenty five/thirty minute walk to York University."

"The property was wonderful! Clean, attractive, and lots of natural light - exactly as described. The location was perfect! Just outside the Monk Bar and close to all of York’s places of interest. We were very comfortable and would stay there again for sure. Reservation, check-in, and check-out processes couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!"

However, too clse to town to interest Uber drivers who are inclined to ignore half mile rides! Second bedroom suitable for children with thin legs. Ovwrall a convenient, nicely decorated little unit for a short stay."

"We started out with the heat not working. After a couple of email exchanges we were moved to a different larger unit for the 3 nights. Great customer service. However, a couple of amenities like Kleenex, shampoo, and shower soap would make the first night much better because there may not be any stores open when you move in."
