"The food selection at the resort was amazing. For dinner, we ate at Embers and the entire meal was wonderful. For breakfast, we ate at Chile Ristra and once again, the meals were delicious. The servers at both restaurants were very friendly and hospitable. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. "The gym was small and lacked equipment, which was a bit disappointing. However, the room itself was spacious and maintained at a perfect temperature. The bed, unfortunately, was too firm for my comfort.
On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I felt very safe throughout my stay thanks to visible security before accessing the elevators. The bathroom was beautiful, and the room offered a beautiful view, with blackout curtains.
Overall, I’m giving this stay four stars instead...

"The property seemed ok, the room was clean when we arrived. No maid service unless your stay is longer than seven days. They will replace the towels if you bring them to the front desk . The last night of our stay they had no hot water, when I went to the front desk to tell them about, they told the reason that the Boiler went out. "I have stayed here in the past and the building and furnishings are starting to show their age. The caulking in the bathrooms has that old, yellow look and carpets and wall coverings look dated. The staff is certainly nice, but not really exceptional. "

"We recently went on a 10-day road trip and our stays at Hampton hotels were our favorites. As a family of 6 with 4 children, these rooms had the most room for us to spread out.
