Great location for floating the river at texas tubes! You have to uber to the front of the float if you don't wanna drink and drive but the end of the float is an 8 minute walk and the shuttle bus drive will actually drop you off if you don't wanna walk. Zip lines for the kids, darts, and great outdoor space!

Great place to stay with kids! They had a blast on the zip line and the little playground. Place was super clean and organized. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely recommend this place

We enjoyed our stay at this property although it was a relatively short stay and we did not get a chance to appreciate all the amenities. The property was very clean and nicely maintained. The furnishings were quite nice and functional with lots of personal touches. The location is a little off the beaten path and very quiet. Large yard great for kids or pets. Although this worked well for our party of 6 adults, it is best suited for families with children. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay for us during parent weekend at Texas State. Backyard is wonderful for entertaining and house is well appointed for the weekend stay. Host communicated with all needed information and answered all questions. Highly recommend & plan to book again.

Nice place, zip line in the backyard was cool. Host wanted to know a lot about us for some reason. All good though, no big deal.

The house is great, clean, spacious, and felt comfortable like home! The owners are great and communicate better than I've had before. My kiddos enjoyed their time with zipline, playing the wii, and we had great family time watching movies and playing darts. I will definitely be coming back!! Everything was so black and white, i didn't even have to questions because the owners had everything written down and black and white. Great great rental!

This house was awesome, enough room so you donā€™t feel crowded. Comfortable beds. This is getting tagged as must come back. Thank you for lending us your slice of your happiness.
