This home features a spacious lounge, kitchen dining area, large sliding doors to large deck for fabulous indoor and out door flow. Fantastic shared onsite facilities: Heated Swimming pool (Open November through to April), tennis court and pentanque!



The master bedroom also features a 2 Meter wide sliding door letting the outdoors in. The 2nd bedroom offers a double bed. For your comfort there is great heating and cooling facilities for the hot summer months. Includes bed linen, towelling, board games, toys, books and for the techies unlimited fibre broadband, Netflix and the latest smart tv technology.

The square is just a short walk for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant or have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners.



Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants` Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch.



Just half an hour`s drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.



Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you`re here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel.



No parties and no outside noise after 10pm.
