Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful new home situated at Pinot Grove Estate.

Just 900m from the town center with wineries and fabulous restaurants, cafes and a cinema a short stroll away.

Full access to a communal 20m heated pool, with separate toddlers pool (open from Labour Day till Easter) or a game of tennis at the all-weather tennis court.



The large 70sqm deck provides fabulous indoor-outdoor flow.



The house has a fully functional kitchen, dishwasher and full size fridge.

There is unlimited fibre, a Samsung SmartTV with Netflix and a separate laundry with washing machine & dryer to help with longer stays.



Bedrooms

- The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, walk-in wardrobe and En-suite, sliding door access to the deck.

- Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, and sliding door access to the deck.

-The third bedroom has a single bed as well as bunk beds.



Guests have full access to the property, deck and back yard area, as well as the Pinot Grove saltwater swimming pool (open from Labour Day till Easter) and tennis court.

The square is just a short drive for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant or have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners.



Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants` Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch.



If shopping is your thing, poke around in the funky lil boutique shops sprinkled around the square and grab some of the locally produced delicacies on offer.



Just half an hour`s drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.



Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you`re here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel. They do fab whitebait fritters and flounder!



The square is 900m down the road, a bus stop is just outside Pinot Grove, the bus joins up with the train at Featherston & can take you to Wellington if needed.



The pool is a heated 20m pool (open from Labour Day till Easter) which is shared by the other residents in Pinot Grove alongside the tennis court.
