  • New Private Pool from 2022. The Villa fichi is a Trullo with nice new private Pool surrounded from garden with outdoor lounge. The Trullo has one double room and one sofà bed with two single beds in

    The furnishings are a simple and natural style, calling to mind the colours and elements of our land.

Quiet, pretty and clean escape with pool and jacuzzi

We had a lovely week in one of the trullo (a beautiful local style building) apartments. Very clean and well equipped for home cooking. Nice veranda to enjoy a meal and the pool and jacuzzi were great. You need to drive a bit to get to places of interest, restaurants etc, and finding the property was a little difficult, but Saverio was on hand to help guide us there. Saverio was helpful and happy to recommend local amenities.

propriété pittoresque et très bien tenue.

Belle restauration et accueil très sympathique des hôtes.Location très propre et confortable.On apprécie les attentions des propriétaires : fruits, huile, vin et documentation expliquée lors de l'arrivée. Les locations garantissent une certaine intimité et l'espace extérieur privatif est assez grand.

A gorgeous, peaceful, idealic Trullo in a lovely part of Puglia

The Trullo is very well equipt and very comfy. It remains cool throughout the heat of the day and retains the heat for the evening. Everything you need has been thought of from the gas BBQ, to the parasol to take the beach, to the clothes horse for your wet items. Very welcoming upon arrival, even though we arrived early and was really pleased with the wine, olive oil and fresh fruit provided. Even with the other trullos on site we rarely saw or heard the other guests. We used the pool which was refreshing from the heat of the sun and the hot tub made a nice change. Plenty of land and outdoor space and a nice touch to have your own terrace and little garden. Really pleased that the windows and doors had mosquito screens, which really helped. Saverio and his family are a delight to meet, very friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you. From other reviews before travelling we studied the location on google earth as other guests mentioned the difficulty in finding the property, this helped enormously and we managed to find the Trullo in our car straight away. As it’s a round 3 to 4 miles outside Martina Franca we walked a few evenings there and back along the road and would highly recommend taking a torch like we did. The back road in most places is lit, however it is a little dark in places but ensured all cars could see you at all times! A great location to spend alternative days relaxing by the pool or in your own little garden and situated so that most towns and beaches at the most are an hour and a half away or less for exploring. We would love to return again as it was such a fantastic holiday and thank you to Saverio and his family for helping us to have such a wonderful time! Ciao

Lieu idéal pour des vacances au calme dans les Pouilles

Location située en pleine nature, dans un très bel environnement au calme, a proximité de la ville commerçante et animée de Martina Franca, et permettant un accès rapide à tous les beaux villages des Pouilles. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment superbes. Merci à Antonella et à Saverio pour leur gentillesse , et les produits de leur propriété que nous avons bus et dégustés avec plaisir.

Un havre de paix et de sérénité

Quiétude et élégance : la devise de ce domaine situé à Martina Franca porte bien son nom. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et discrets. Le trullo est confortable et bien aménagé. Il reste naturellement frais. La piscine est TOP. Ce domaine est très bien situé au coeur des Pouilles pour visiter Alberobello, Locorotondo, Lecce, Matera ... et la mer aussi belle et chaude des deux côtés du talon de la botte.

A relaxing and peaceful break in the Italian countryside!

We stayed here at the end of May, and had a lovely time. The area was so peaceful and calm, except for the family dog who didn’t seem to like us much! Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need, and great BBQ which was gas powered so you didn’t have to buy charcoal etc. WiFi was poor and not reliable but this wasn’t really important to us, and sunbeds had no cushions which was quite uncomfortable - especially because they were black so got very hot in the sunshine! Pool a good size and nice to have the option of a gym and the laundry. Saverio couldn’t be more helpful and answered any questions quickly. Thank-you for a lovely stay, we didn’t want to leave!!

Charme et confort d un joli trullo !

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans un très joli trullo, très bien restauré. Aménagement soigné et literie de qualité. La propriété est très grande, très calme et agréable. Chaque logement a un jardin individuel avec sa terrasse. Les propriétaires n'habitent pas sur place mais leurs parents charmants y résident. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir échanger avec eux mais nous ne parlions pas italien, quel dommage ! La piscine est très belle et parfaitement entretenue. La région est très jolie et il y a de nombreux villages à découvrir. La saison était très bien car il faisait beau sans faire trop chaud. A découvrir !

lieu magnifique, tout à dispostion ... même les fruits de verger.....

Trés belle renovation, très propre et très fonctionnelle pour vivre dehors ou dedans! Bien située pour visiter et surtout les conseils du propietaire qui nous a conseillé des lieux "hors des guides".De jolies attention, le vin de la proprieté et l'huile en cadeau de bienvenue...des noix retrouvées sur la terrasse...Tout fut parfait. Encore merci merci à "notre guide" sans qui le sejour n'aurait pas été aussi réussi.... il va se reconnaitre

Des vacances inoubliables

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines de vacances dans ce magnifique domaine. Nous avons loué cet original trullo, tout confort. Nous avons pu profiter du calme autour de la piscine et du jacuzzi, et apprécier le coucher du soleil sur notre terrasse, face au champ d'oliviers. Le domaine est superbe et très bien entretenu. L'endroit est idéal pour partir explorer cette magnifique région des Pouilles. Merci à vous, Antonella et Saverio, ainsi qu'à vos parents, pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil. Nous avons vraiment apprécié votre cadeau de bienvenue et vos excellents panzerotti. Nous rêvons déjà d'y revenir! Sandrine et Hassan

Oasis of calm

Always wanted to stay in a trulli and this one didn't disappoint.Everything you could need and more.Family take so much care and effort ensuring you have a relaxing time.Pool was lovely though cold but it was early in the season.Surrounding area plenty to see and do and Martina Franca 10 minutes by car.Take Saverio up on his restaurant recommendations -you won't be disappointed! Small gym,washing machine and hot tub a nice touch :-)Would love to have stayed longer!

Many good features but basics somewhat lacking

There was a lot to enjoy about the place - it's setting and the idea of staying in a Trullo is certainly appealing. However, the layout of the place (perhaps constrained by the Trullo?) makes it seemed cramped. The facilities are there but in limited quantity - e.g. number of plates, spoons, ... The jacuzzi was finally setup and that was good but the pool is not heated so at the time of year we attended (early April) it was shut. Would have been nice to have seen that noted in the advertisement. And we did get the wifi to work, but it was generally a bit hassle to do so.

As stunning as it looks in the photos

We (my husband and two children) arrived late at night but were met by Saverio who was lovely and welcoming and gave us a little tour of the borgo. Also the welcome pack of the homemade wine and delicious olive oil was a lovely touch, thank you! The place really is as beautiful if not more so than the pictures. We stayed in the lovely trullo which is small but adequte for the four of us. The kids just wanted to have fun in the beautiful pool and race around the huge garden, all enclosed so very safe for all ages. Saverio encouraged us to try the figs which were growing on the tree by the pool and they are delicious, theres nothing quite like being able to eat fruit straight from the tree! All the facilities are well maintained and clean and the attention to detail is excellent, even down to buckets and spades available for the children to take to the beach. There are 4 properties in total, joined or near to each other but neither one really overlooks the other giving a sense of privacy should you require it. It really was a great find and we will surely be back. Thank you!!

Peace & Tranquility in a delightful Trulli

Located about 3 miles from the pleasant town of Martina Franca, this delightful property is a great place for a quiet relaxing stay. Located at the end of a narrow country lane it is surrounded by fields and trees - perfect for a wind down evening BBQ (supplied) and drink (bring your own !) Owners have put a lot of care into each of the three properties and they are well appointed but in a traditional, non-glitzy way. We stayed in the smallest, a one bedroom, but it was the only true trulli. The bedroom was located under this magnificent limestone dome and had a good size living area, functional kitchen and its own patio. There was shared used of a much larger patio, a swimming pool (about 50 yards away) a hot tub and mountain bikes. We used our stay as a base to visit local towns such as Arborello (with over 500 trullis), Locorotondo and the amazing Grotto plus a trip to the seaside, about 40 minutes away. Only down side was the initial task of finding the place - we had to be rescued from the town by the owner's son, as it is somewhat of the beaten trail. Towels and linen were functional, but could have been of a higher quality to match the ambience of the place

Wonderful Trulli in a quiet rural setting

We had a wonderful holiday in a very quiet rural setting. The Trulli was very comfortable, well described, beautifully maintained and very clean and fresh. We met Saverio on arrival and he showed us around the property and gave us lots of top tips for sight seeing. The surrounding area is full of wonderful places to visit, we especially enjoyed Matera and Sisternino. We had several very good meals in Martina Franca and enjoyed sipping Aperol in the old town square. On the drive back to Bari airport we stopped in Monopol, where we were delighted to find a very interesting and pretty town and harbour with great bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend this lovely trulli holiday to our friends. Thank you for a great holiday. Shelley and Trevor

Lieu idéal pour des vacances reposantes

Très bel endroit, bien situé, au calme dans un environnement agréable. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique des propriétaires qui font tout pour vous faciliter la vie. Location agréable, meublée simplement mais confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse, le jardin et la piscine. Bref tout est fait pour passer de très bonnes vacances. M et D

Beautiful accomodation.

The Trullo and surrounding grounds were of a very high standard. The Trullo by design kept the temperature at a good level without the need for air conditioning and was well equipped. The pool and garden were also very well kept. Very friendly owners and also their parents who made us feel welcome and were quick to help us if we needed any. My family had a wonderful holiday in Martina Franca and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful place in a great location

This is a great place to stay to visit the beautiful Puglia, with a landscape of trulli and olive groves, wild flower meadows and great towns of Martina Franca, Alberobello, Ostuni and Cisternino all within easy reach and Matera only an hour's drive away. Our accommodation was lovely, not large but perfectly formed, furnished simply but with good taste. The owners are very helpful and the whole booking process was easy and straight forward. This is a lovely complex with well maintained gardens, beautifully restored buildings and a great swimming pool area. There are some restaurants near by, more in Martina Franca and the other surrounding towns - the food is wonderful! Nearby Martina Franca has adequate facilities and a great market on Wednesdays. The historic centre of Martina Franca is a delight. We had a great time and wish could have stayed longer.

Beautiuly located and furnished apulian cottage

Very warm welcome; the modern cottage is tastefully equipped, very well maintained and located in a remote and calm area, although there are many interessting places close around worth a visit. Certainely a place to come back!
