"We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me. I went on the app and checked in to my assigned 2 queen bed room. When we arrived the next day, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone who guaranteed me the correct room...

"The rooms have a table top ironing board, which maybe a child’s shirt would fit on. Iron itself was messed up, had to request a new one. One of our towels was shredded/tearing apart all along the edge - not sure how housekeeping wouldn’t have noticed when folding. TV was not a smart TV and had limited options. Shower was so small, I am not sure how an oversized person would even fit in there.
And on top of all of the above, we were given a key to someone else’s room when checking in. I entered...
