"Great location situated between Cutler and Machias, with beautiful vista from the porch. Shopping, restaurants and amazing hiking trails within 10-20 minute drives. We had perfect weather for our stay and enjoyed morning coffee on the porch watching the lobster boats. The house is as described and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our 6 night stay, although we found the mattresses to be pretty uncomfortable. We only cooked breakfast, but there was a good array of pots, pans, and dishes,...

From the moment we booked our stay and throughout our vacation, communication was excellent and Charlie & Sandy were gracious, generous, and extremely hospitable hosts, making sure our needs were met, we were comfortable, and our expectations were exceeded! Jonesport is the perfect town for a quiet getaway with plenty of opportunities for fun and adventure. This was our second time staying here and we are already making plans to return!!"

"Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

"Excellent cottage for families. The location was perfect and was very quiet. We had awesome views of sunrises and sunsets. Everything we needed to make our stay memorable was at hand. The beach was easily accessible. We found a lot of treasures. "

"Lovely cottage on Bay of Fundy. We loved to see how the tide changes twice a day. The decor was so nice inside and out. Lovely garden and front porch with a bbq. Very clean and had everything we needed. There is a couple local take-out restaurants in the area which were great! If you want a fancier sit down restaurant you will have to drive 35 mins to one of the local towns. Its a very quiet lobster fishing town where we bought some fresh lobster one day right off the boat next door to us....

"The property was absolutely stunning! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in Roques Bluff. It was a great central point to visit family and friends in Machias, Dennysville, St Andrews and Machiasport! We will definately be back ;-) Thanks to Dan and Christina."
