"This hotel is in a great location, has plenty of parking, and the room was big. We traveled with kids, and were not told that the pool was under construction- first disappointment. The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display. "This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very attentive and helpful with our special request related to extra bed sheets. The owner lives on the property and greeted us personally. There is plenty of free(!!!) parking available. The area is quiet and picturesque. We stayed for 5 nights and highly recommended this place."
