"Good location to downtown. The bed was firm but we liked it. It doesn’t have central heat or air. We had A LOT of difficulty getting into the place. The lock box was hard to get open. Minor things to be aware of. Communication was ok, most of it was with getting in. A very clean place."

"Having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for me, my sister and I. Very comfortable and clean. Within a few minutes drive to the Pollard theater and restaurants. Enjoyed staying here!"

"Very beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our short stay very much! Highly recommend this property if you're in Guthrie! The only thing I didn't like with the communication was the message I received at 10:15 A.M. to let me know that the cleaning crew had been dispatched and I would need to vacate the property at 11 A.M. or before....I've used VRBO many times and know when check out time is. "Very cute house! The house was stocked with what we needed to cook breakfast. We were really only there to sleep, but living room was cozy and beds were good. If you are a person who needs a fan to sleep, I’d bring one with you. It gets quiet. Overall 10/10 experience."

"Was in town for family and found this place to stay for a good rate. This was a short trip for us but this house would work very well for a longer stay. Not far from Oklahoma City but far enough out that it is very relaxing. Also the owner stopped in as we got there just to check on an issue they were having with the drainage, no issues for us to stay but he also let us know that there would be someone out to work on it the next morning. Never even knew they were there working until we went to...

"This is a great location, very quiet. Everyone enjoyed their time at this lovely house. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A big plus for us were the beds, they were so comfortable and allowed us to get a good night's rest. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises."
