Home built in 1930 that offers an oasis backyard for entertaining up to 20 for dinner….one table seats 14, one seats 8. Outdoor kitchen and a fire pit to relax in evenings. The hot tub comfortably seats 8 and as much as 12 guests. There are two kitchens inside for entertaining a large number of guests for company parties and even bridal or baby showers. We’ve had company Christmas parties with as many as 40 guests but there is a per guest charge for gatgerings more than 10. The house sleeps 10 in bedrooms and 4 more in a previous media room basement that dubs as a 5th bedroom.
