Le Pescadou is a former fisherman cottage, located above the sea, which offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay: a bedroom with storage, a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and above all an exterior with a breathtaking view of the sea, the island of Frioul and the hill.

You could not be closer to the sea! Le Pescadou is located above a small beach.

Located in the heart of a typical Marseille neighborhood, in a quiet street that leads to the beach, this small house opens onto a south-facing terrace, directly overlooking the sea.
You will only have to go down one staircase to reach the beach. It's the ideal place to enjoy the sweetness of the Marseille life: beaches, hikes in the Calanques...

This pretty little house of 40 m2 is located in a quiet street, above the beach. It is an old fisherman's cottage refurbished to offer you more comfort (air conditioning, internet).
You will be charmed by its authenticity, its incredible sea view and the sound of the waves.

You enter the main room composed of a living room, a dining table and an open kitchen.
On your left, a bathroom with bathtub.
At the back of the house, the sleeping area with a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet offering plenty of storage space.

Important to note: The house is located on a common area shared by 3 houses. To access it, you have to pass in front of the neighboring house. Everyone can enjoy the space in front of his house.

The cottage is fully equipped to make you feel at home: air conditioning / WiFi / washing machine / dishwasher / bathtub / cot...
We know that small improvements are to be expected (painting in particular), that's why the price is low for such a unique place.

Geographic location:
By staying at Le Pescadou, you make the choice to spend your vacation above the water, in a typical neighborhood of the 2nd largest city in France.
Going up the street on your right, you will have the road leading you to the district of Goudes and Callelongue (long calanque). By going out on the left, you will join the city center while passing by the beaches of the "Bain des Dames", the beach of "Pointe Rouge" and its restaurants close to the sea. By leaving towards the top of the street, you will join the massif of Marseilleveyre and the Pastré countryside and its famous Rolland cave. A typical and sought-after neighborhood for its quality of life, wedged between the city, the sea and the countryside/mountain.

At only 100 meters, you will find bakery, fish shop (fresh fish from the small port that you see from your terrace), small casino, butcher shop and gym... the entrance to the Calanques, a paradise!

Transportation :
_ The Bus line N°19 passes at the top of the street and will allow you to join the city center.
_The bus boat open from the end of April to the end of September will allow you to join the old port by the sea (line of the "Pointe Rouge" towards the "Vieux Port").
_ The parking in the streets around is free without time limit.
_ The Saint Charles train station is 45 minutes away by bus N°19 + Metro Line 2
_ The airport is accessible via shuttle to the Saint Charles train station, but we advise you to use cabs or Uber drivers.
