Chez Martin - Studio Timone St Pierre Palais omnisports

Our apartment is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent transport links. It is 400 metres from the Timone Hospital, an 8-minute walk from the Timone metro station and the Blancarde train station, 2 minutes from the St Martin tramway, 750 metres from the universities and a 15-minute walk from La Conception. You are close to the St Pierre district and not far from the Palais Omnisports. You can easily reach the Stade Vélodrome, 4 km away, by metro, or the Vieux-Port by tram.

All local shops are within 100 m (pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, greengrocer, tobacconist and even a Gifi store).



Our air-conditioned studio was tastefully renovated in 2024.

It is located on the seventh floor with a lift. However, you will need to climb a few steps to access it.



It consists of :

- a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room. With its high ceilings, this comfortable space offers a mezzanine where you can stand.

- A small, equipped and functional kitchen with microwave and Tassimo coffee machine.



- A bathroom with a bathtub, storage space and a toilet.

- A living room equipped with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a workspace.

Linen is provided (sheets, bath towels and tea towels).

Wi-Fi is included in the price.



On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

- Washing powder and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Our accommodation is pet-friendly.

Following confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide. You will have the option to choose flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
