Located on the 3rd floor with lift, the flat comprises :
- A bright living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space
- A modern bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
- A large 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with views over the park and Château Valmante

The natural decor blends wood, stone and quality materials to create a warm, soothing atmosphere.
The residence also offers a tennis court, a petanque area and a private garage space in the basement.

Please note: The private garage is perfect for standard cars, but not suitable for SUVs, 4x4s, or pickup trucks. Free parking spaces are available outside the residence.

You will be given a personalised on-site welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Marseille. He or she will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided, and your bed will be made on your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.

Location:
Located in a quiet, leafy residential area between Sainte-Marguerite and the Calanques National Park, you'll be close to the southern beaches, the Bonneveine shopping centre and plenty of green spaces. The Redon district is an ideal place to recharge your batteries, while remaining well connected to the city centre.

Public transport :
From Gare Saint-Charles or Vieux-Port, take metro line M2 to Sainte-Marguerite Dromel, then bus line 24 towards La Panouse and get off at the Valmante stop, a stone's throw from the residence.
A garage space is available in the building's basement car park. Free parking is also available in nearby streets.
There is a shuttle bus service from Marseille-Provence airport to Gare Saint-Charles. However, we recommend that you use a taxi or VTC driver (such as Uber) for greater comfort.

Activities :
Discover the calanques (rocky inlets), enjoy the Prado beaches, go hiking or for a stroll in the Parc Borély or the Parc Valmante. On site, relax with a game of tennis or pétanque.
