BLUE BAY - Superbe Vue sur le Vieux Port

Blue Bay is a beautiful walk-through flat with an exterior offering 2 superb views. On the south-east side, there's a view of the Vieux Port and Notre Dame de La Garde; and on the north-west side, there's a view of the Mucem and the northern harbour of Marseille on the blue coast. To admire these views, what better way than outside on the Notre Dame and blue coast sides. Located in the centre of Marseille, it's the ideal place to enjoy the city's lifestyle.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

Composition of the flat:
The flat is located on the 6ᵉ floor (with lift) of a listed building, itself set high up. As such, the views offered are breathtaking.

South-east side: a living room and open fitted kitchen, giving access to the outside loggia, a dining area as well as a double bedroom.
North-West side: a 2ᵉ double bedroom and a large bathroom offering incredible views.

The flat is fully equipped to make you feel at home: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary welcome coffee capsules....

Please note that the bathroom window is at bathtub level. The flat is not suitable for children.

The Cocoonr service:

You will be given a personal welcome by someone from the Cocoonr Marseille agency, who will show you around the flat, answer your questions and hand over the keys.

Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Your bed will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Internet access (Wifi by fibre).

By staying in the "Blue Bay" accommodation you are choosing a typical district, in the 2ᵉ city of France and on the seafront. A district undergoing major change, at the crossroads of the Vieux Port district (the emblem of Marseille), the Panier district (the oldest district in France) and its typical narrow streets, the Mucem and Major esplanades which mark the renewal of Marseille and the Euro Mediterranean district and its skyscrapers, a sign of Marseille's renewed economic dynamism.

To comply with the law, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

Public transport :
Bus: lines 49 / 60 / 82 and 83 are a 5-minute walk away.
Metro: M1 Vieux-Port station is a 10-minute walk away

Saint-Charles station is 30 minutes away by public transport via Bus N°19 + Metro Line 2

The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to Gare Saint-Charles, but we advise you to use taxis or an Uber-type driver. Allow between 30 and 45 minutes from the airport.
