In a gated residence with a swimming pool and direct access to the beach, this pleasant flat accommodates 4 guests on the ground floor.
The living room features a convertible sofa (BZ), furniture, table with chairs, and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, and washing machine.
There is an open bedroom area with bunk beds.
The bathroom (accessed through the bedroom) includes a shower, a sink, and toilet.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a sunshade. Private parking is available.
The property is close to all amenities. Pets are not allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (additional cost)
The residence offers a swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). However, if the pool cannot open due to technical or health reasons, no refunds will be issued.

Please note that final cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby cot, high chair, and tourist tax are not included in the rental price.
