This brand new block of new modern villa apartments all with their own private pool offer high standard of self catering accommodation in Malta.


Offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bunk beds in the living room, and an additional 2 folding beds if needed. Sleeps up to 12 persons.

This 4 bedroom property is situated in a unique area in the touristic village of Marsaskala just a few metres away from its pristine shores and the sandy beach of St. Thomas Bay. It boasts of unobstructed sea views with beautiful surroundings and walking distance to all shops and some of the most outstanding restaurants in Malta. Super nice sea view and perfectly equipped apartment

We spent 5 super nice days. The apartment is well located, some shops around. Ludwig was really helpful and waited for us at the apartment until 2AM the day we arrived because our plane was delayed 3 hours. Highly recommend it !

Logement idéalement bien situé pour découvrir cette magnifique île

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine dans cet endroit idéalement situé proche du port, des commerces avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la piscine. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Peu isolé (on entend beaucoup les personnes en dessous du logement)

Exzellenter Service vor Ort. Tolle Aussicht. Etwas Instandhaltung nötig.

Der Blick über das Dach der ersten Reihe hinweg auf das Meer ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und großzügig. Aber auch etwas hellhörig. Aber absolute Ruhe sollte man in einer solchen Anlage auch nicht erwarten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und der Blick beim Baden auf das Meer ist klasse. Der Service der Argentur ist vorbildlich. Jedes kleine Anliegen wurde sofort gelöst. Kaffee gibt es gratis für die Kapselmaschine. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend für ein einfaches Essen. Es ist hier und da etwas Instandhaltung nötig. Sofa, Spülmaschine, Duschkabinen usw. haben schon etwas gelitten. Daher keine 5 aber gute 4 Sterne.

Wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Meerblick!

Die Wohnanlage liegt sehr schön im Süden der Insel, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick übers Meer. Unsere Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Küche hatte alle Accessoires, die benötigt werden. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Wissenswert ist dass der private Pool mit eigener, großer Terrasse, nur übers Treppenhaus zu erreichen ist. Es ist aber kein Ding, da der Flur nicht von anderen Bewohner genutzt wird. Insgesamt HERVORRAGEND!!

Great Villa & Great Staff

We had a great time at the villa, it was clean and had all the stuff you would want from a self-catering villa. My only disappointment was the fact that the pool was on a different floor to the living accommodation. However, it was still private and due to the fact that it was on the top floor of the villa, it meant the views were great. I just think it should be made clearer that the pool isn't out the glass doors as I thought from the pictures. However, the staff and the personal taxi service was great. As there were 10 of us, it really helped in terms of cost and made it easy to get to Paceville and Valletta (approx. 30mins @ 30 Euros each way). Would definitely recommend.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung war für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager ideal. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Schlafraum mit eigenem Bad. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist klasse, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen oder sich nach Ausflügen abzukühlen. Die fußläufig entfernte Bucht ist zauberhaft mit Sand, klarem Wasser und einer Beachbar, die ab 15Uhr HappyHour hat😊. Der kleine Ort am Hafen ist mit dem Bus oder auch per Fuß schnell zu erreichen mit zahlreichen Restaurants, wobei wir lieber 10 Minuten in das süße Fischerdorf Marsaxlokk gefahren sind, wo man direkt am Hafen essen kann ohne Schnellstraße dazwischen. Supermärkte für alle Bedürfnisse in kurzer Entfernung. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar, kamen sofort als wir Probleme mit dem Fernseher hatten oder Kaffeetabs für die Maschine brauchten - super Service! Das einzig negative war die Baustelle gegenüber von 2 Schlafzimmern, auf der die Arbeiter ab 7 Uhr aktiv waren. Mit Ohropax war es dann aber auszuhalten oder man ist halt früher aufgestanden zum Morning-Yoga auf dem Dach😊.

Ladies’ weekend away

The property was just as advertised. We were greeted at the airport by the taxi driver that the agent arranged. We were able to book various trips with him via the agent for our entire stay. This was very useful as there were 8 of us & we did not know any other taxi details. We paid the agent at the end of our stay not the taxi driver. The apartment was very clean. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. There were no other items available like salt, pepper, cling film, Tupperware etc as this is a purely commercial venture, not someone’s own holiday rental. We were able to buy all we wanted though from the local recommended shop, who drove us back with all our shopping. The roof terrace was great as it had sun all day. It was very cosy for 8 sun beds but we could all chat happily. There were only 4 sun beds there originally, but on asking for 4 more these arrived within minutes. The views from the balcony & the roof terrace were great. Unlike some in the other apartments. We visited Valletta & did the three cities little boat trip. Also visited the Sunday market at Marsaxlokk. Had the most amazing time at Haber 16 eating & drinking overlooking the harbour. The check out process was smooth. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous Apartment!!!

12 of us stayed at the Seabank Villa in July. The apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The hosts were wonderful, any questions or issues we had were solved very quickly and efficiently. The location was great with restaurants a short walk/bus ride away. The views from the apartment were also absolutely amazing. The children loved the pool and spent most of their free time in there!! Again the view of the Mediterranean sea was amazing. On the first day we were told about where we could buy essential items in terms of groceries and toiletries, and where all the local attractions were. I would definitely recommend staying at the Seabank Villa apartments as for us it proved to be an immensely enjoyable holiday, and we looked forward to coming back after a day of sightseeing to a nice cool, clean space and yes...... the pool!!

Great Stay

A group of 7 of us stayed here and it was a fantastic apartment. Rosanne and Ludwig were very helpful and accommodating, our flight got into Malta at 10 & they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport despite it being so early. Upon arrival, we were given a map of Marsascala with key points on it, the supermarket which delivered to our apartment for free and had everything we needed at good prices, the pharmacy, restaurants and the bus links. The buses are very frequent and take about 25 minutes to get to Valletta where you can then go on to other parts of the island and see the sights in Valletta itself. The bus is very affordable at 1.50EUR for a single valid for two hours or 21EUR for a week. Lot's to see & do in Malta and the apartment was lovely. It was very clean, modern & had all the appliances we needed, the rooftop pool was also lovely. I would highly recommend this villa as we had a great time here.

Fantastic Accomodation ! Just like the photos

Spent a week in apartment 3 at the SeaBanks. Fantastic accommodation with brilliant hosts in a beautiful area. The accommodation is beautiful ! Modern , clean , good wifi connection , good range of English speaking channels and has everything you need for the perfect stay with the family. There's a great mini market about 10min walk away with friendly English speak staff who will deliver your shopping free of charge ! Nearby is a range of good restraunts. There is a small beach close to the apartment which is perfect if you have young children . Just back from beach is a fantastic restraunt which serves good food at a decent price called San Tomaso Hosts were wonderful ! They are lovely people , on arrival they looked after our bags until check in and gave us detailed information about the area with a map highlighting good places to visit. They gave us lots of information about Malta and arranged taxis when ever needed at a good price. On the last day due to late flight hosts allowed us to stay in the apartment until we were ready to leave and even arranged taxi . The whole stay was perfect ! If returning to Malta will definitely stay at seabanks again !

Amazing Villa, Awesome Location - Highly recommended. We will be back!

We had the most amazing time at the Waterfront Villas we could imagine. We spent my 40th B'Day week with a group of 11 friends and were really comfortable! The place is highly recommended if you want your family to stay in a 1st class accommodation in a great location, close to the sea, enjoy pool with amazing views just few meters from the sea shore... All our friends were really impressed with the villa, how modern and clean it was, with the pool, terrace and of course the views! The location in Marsaskala makes it special as well, the area is where Maltese come for holidays in summer and it's away from main tourist places such as St. Julians or St. Pauls Bay, you can walk to St. Thomas Bay for a swim, explore small rocky beaches beyond (where there is hardly anyone, which for malta is almost impossible!) and experience really local vibe! It's also a great starting point for any trips around island - close to all really historic and traditional places such as Birgu, fort St Angelo, Cospicua or Marsaxlokk fish village and all other South of Island. Thank you for your hospitality Ludwig & Rosanne and special thanks to Lorraine who was on call or message throughout our entire stay and helped us in anything we needed! Cheers! Une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. La vue est magnifique et ne se lasse pas de la regarder. Le lieu est idéal à l'écart de la masse touristique du sliema. Vous ne serez pas déçu.
