Welcome travellers! Are you ready for an unforgettable Maltese experience? Our home is the perfect base for those wishing to be close to the island's main attractions while enjoying the comfort of a home!

The beauty of this penthouse is that it features a large terrace overlooking the beautiful nature and city views! It features a dining table and comfy seating and a BBQ making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind in the Mediterranean breeze!

Included is high-speed wifi & AC in all rooms!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living Room | The inviting living room is designed for pure relaxation, it features a smart TV, perfect if you wish to stream your favourite shows.

The living area also has a sofa which converts into a sofabed, accommodating another extra guest.

Private Terrace | Step outside onto the large terrace and be captivated by the natural beauty of Marsascala!

This spacious outdoor space is perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying meals, or simply relaxing in the comfy seating provided. The terrace also features a charcoal BBQ, perfect for grilling up a feast while enjoying the serene surroundings!

Bedrooms | The bedroom features a cozy double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The main bedroom also has an-ensuite with a shower, toilet and sink.

Bathrooms | The apartment boasts two bathrooms for your convenience. One bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower (en-suite) , while the other features a relaxing bathtub – accessible for all guests.

Kitchen | The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and it also has ample space for food storage. Making this perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Laundry | The apartment includes a washing machine and a drying rack to be used at any time and is included throughout the whole stay.

The place is ideal for both short or extended stays.

With a warm and welcoming community, Marsascala is the perfect place to experience the authentic Maltese lifestyle.

The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Marsascala.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
