A separate living and dining room, also with a fan, features an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV, and likewise leads out to the terrace. 3 double bedrooms are located on this floor, each fitted with a fan for added comfort. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a balcony of 24 m2. The main floor also houses 3 bathrooms: one with a bath, bidet, and WC, one with a shower, bidet, and WC, and one featuring a hydromassage bath.
The upper floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, presents an open living and sleeping room of 90 m2 with sloping ceilings ranging in height from 130 to 270 cm.
