Holiday Homes Brezza di Stagnone welcomes you in a newly renovated location, entirely family-run.
Ideal for a relaxing time away from the chaos of the city.
We are in Marsala (TP) in Contrada Birgi Novi No. 170/171, in one of the most fascinating and characteristic places of Western Sicily.
A few steps from the hotel it is possible to reach the Reserve
Naturale dello Stagnone, Trapani-Birgi airport "Vincenzo Florio", Marsala, Trapani and neighboring cities.
The structure consists of 2 apartments:
• The green apartment is an open space ideal for 3/5 people, consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed, a single bedroom.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bidet, shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.
A fridge, a stove, a toaster and a kettle are available. In the kitchen there are breakfast products such as rusks, jams, nutella, packaged croissants and fruit juice.
There is free wi-fi connection.
Cleaning is done every 3 days or based on the period of overnight stay. The restaurant has a private and common veranda.
Outside you can find a private parking adjacent to a large common garden of 200 square meters consisting of green lawn and ornamental trees, where you can wash your sports equipment.
The structure offers a partnership with several kitesurf and windsurf schools where it is possible to take courses or rent sports equipment with native German, Polish, English and Italian staff.
Also at these facilities you can take Yoga courses on the beach.
We are in contact with staff who hire cars, bikes, scooters and boats to visit
Egadi islands.
