The property is located in the historic center, 500 meters from the city's cathedral and close to Via XII Maggio (the hub of Marsala nightlife).

Immersed in a historic and shared courtyard from 1815, it is the typical Marsala "railing" (or balcony) house, structured on two floors with a terrace for exclusive use, a Roman balcony overlooking the internal courtyard and 500 meters from the only beach in city ​​center, Lido Boeo.
On foot you can reach the city waterfront, with a children's play area, and admire the sunset with the Egadi islands in the distance.
A few meters away is also the port, where private excursions (previously booked) or ships that connect the city of Marsala to the Egadi islands leave daily.
At 2.5 km we find the Marsala coast of beaches, equipped with private facilities, beach volleyball courts and a free beach, where it is possible to admire the uncontaminated sea of ​​the Marsala coast, in its full splendor and beauty.
