The house features very thick walls that keep it naturally cool and pleasant in the summer. For added comfort, the ground-floor bedroom and the adjoining sunroom are air-conditioned.

Fan provided in both bedrooms.
Bright bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and vanity unit; opens onto the external staircase.

### Pool Area ###
The pool and garden are arguably the house's best features—a true relaxation space to share with family or friends from morning until sunset. The pool is open from mid-May to the end of September, weather permitting.
We simply ask for extra vigilance regarding toddlers: while the pool is equipped with an alarm, we request that you keep a close eye on young children when they are in the garden. This rule helps us maintain a peaceful atmosphere while ensuring everyone's safety.

From Marsais, you are ideally located to explore the surrounding region: Surgères and its market are just 14 minutes away, while La Rochelle and its beaches are a minimum 40-minute drive.
