"we love this hotel"

"We hadden geboekt voor 1 nacht tijdens onze vakantie in Hurghada (transfer vanuit Hurghada ongeveer 3 uur rijden). Bedoeling was om te gaan snorkelen aan het huisrif maar dit was helaas onmogelijk wegens de weersomstandigheden. We werden na een zeer hartelijke ontvangst naar onze kamer gebracht (17201) met mooi uitzicht op een van de vele zwembaden. De kamer was groot, mooi, van alle comfort voorzien en proper. Het resort is redelijk groot en goed onderhouden. Het strand voor het hotel is zeer...

"Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Nota di merito a Mido il nostro animatore di fiducia 😂. "

"Property is calming and beautifully designed, with a fabulous pool. Had a premium double room and it was large with a gorgeous view of the ocean with perfect daily sunrises. Staff were kind and helpful. Meals are slow, but that’s part of the charm. We also went shore diving with nearby Emperor Divers which was a bit disorganized but the dives were great. "

"amazing. The staff is the highlight - always helpful and always cheerful. The house reef and lagoon are great (although the reef is clearly showing signs of climate change - far fewer fish and much less thriving corals). The massages are great. The gardens are outstanding. It's a real resort but not pretentious. I found it perfect. I extended my two-week stay for an extra two weeks! Very economical for the quality."

"Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."
