With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this home comfortably hosts up to 20 guests, making it perfect for large groups, family reunions, or multi-family vacations.



You'll also enjoy access to fantastic resort shared amenities, including a heated swimming pool, playground, courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball, and activities like fishing at the trout pond. Guests can participate in fitness classes, kids' camp in July, and a variety of social events, from bingo and book club to concerts and dining gatherings. There is a one-time $150 fee for guest use of the restaurant.

Your stay does include access to plenty of fantastic amenities! Guests can enjoy the pool, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, two playgrounds, the Community Center with Wi-Fi, and even a fully stocked trout pond for a little fishing fun.



Trout Fishing at Wolf Laurel

Enjoy a relaxing day of fishing at the Wolf Laurel Community Trout Pond, conveniently located next to the Community Center. The pond was recently restocked and reopened for fishing on July 3, 2026, offering guests a great opportunity to enjoy this peaceful community amenity.



Rental guests are welcome to fish as long as they have their yellow Wolf Laurel rental access card with them while fishing. The access card should be available at your rental property. No fishing license is required, as the pond is located on private property.



Please note that the catch limit is 4 fish per household per day, and catch and release is not permitted. All fish caught must be kept.

GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
