"The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. "The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again."

"Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We ran into a small snag at the gate when we arrived, but Matthew was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. Matthew was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend his condo.
