Just 2 minutes drive from Al Campo Shopping Center where there are cafes and restaurants with plenty of space to have fun. The two-storey house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large living room with an equipped kitchen integrated in a space with direct access to the garden terrace and pool. The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 
Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes 300kw electricity costs, water, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets
