• The 80 m² pool house is designed as a shaded tropical retreat, with a comfortable lounge area and a large dining table seating up to 14 guests.

The estate is surrounded by expansive lawns and palm trees, providing plenty of space for football, badminton, outdoor games or practising your golf approach shots. A table tennis table is also available.

The villa combines designer furniture, carefully selected artwork and exceptional comfort:

• The Main Living Room: a spacious and elegant room featuring an atmospheric fireplace and selected works of art.
• The Dining Room: a large dining table seating 10–12 guests.
• The Kitchen: spacious, ultra-modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is reserved for the cook and house staff. A stylish breakfast/dining area is also available.
• The Relaxation Lounge: a second large living room with TV, table football for entertaining evenings, a professional exercise bike and a high-quality sofa bed with a comfortable double sleeping area.
• The Entrance Hall: spacious, with a cloakroom and guest toilet featuring a double washbasin.

🛏️ Bedrooms

The villa features 3 beautiful double bedrooms, all conveniently located on the ground floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The 180 × 200 cm sofa bed in the second lounge is fitted with a proper mattress and can comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests.

The upper floor is private and is not accessible to guests. It is reserved exclusively for the owners or staff.

Each bedroom has its own direct private access to the large terrace and garden.

🍽️ Optional Dining & Personal Service

The kitchen is primarily reserved for our cook and house staff, who are available to take care of you throughout your stay.

Here, you don’t cook – you simply relax and enjoy.

Just like in a hotel, simply tell us what you would like: breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. You choose what you wish to eat, and our team takes care of everything. The same service can be arranged for your drinks.

We shop according to your requests, and our cook prepares your meals fresh at the villa, taking your tastes and preferences into consideration.

280 MAD per person, per meal
100 MAD for children aged 2 to 10

🚗 Easy Access, Parking & Private Events

The estate features a very large private courtyard with ample parking, including covered parking for 3 cars.

Access from Marrakech is straightforward, with a fully paved and easily drivable road – no difficult dirt tracks.

The property is also ideal for welcoming guests or hosting private receptions and intimate events, subject to prior approval. Rates vary depending on the type and size of the event.
