We take note of your disappointment not to have a minibar in the room, but we privilege the service via the staff of our guest house who is there to help you discover our local products. The breakfast is typically Moroccan, decorated with fruits, dairy products or eggs cooked according to your desires, we are at heart to vary our proposals. Indeed, we do not offer a dressing gown, but towels are at your disposal, and we provide you with additional ones for the pool. All our rooms are equipped with light in head of bed, either in sconces or in lamps of bedside. We do our utmost to ensure that our guests leave satisfied with their stay. We apologize for not being able to meet all your expectations. Your anonymous comment does not allow us to define in which room you stayed. Don't hesitate to contact us again, it would be very helpfull for us.

Thank you for your comment. The medina is well knowed to be Looking like a labyrinth, so the first time you come, we indeed advise you to use our taxi, so that they can escort you till the riad door.

Sorry to read that the experience was not that great. We are proud to have a 100 % morocan staff, and Moutaa the manager speaks a very good english, but you are true, not all the morocan people, but we think it is quiet normal. How long did you stay ? it seems just one night, otherwise you would have meet Moutaa, and she would have explain you all you need to know about the city with a great breifing, very appreciated by our hosts. For the diner price, I want to explain that we are a table d'hotes: we do not function like a restaurant, which employs staff dedicated to this activity of restoration, and the cost of the staff will be amortized because there will be many customers in this restaurant at the same moment. In a riad, we can only serve one table in the evening and the staff remains express for 2 guests, to prepare and serve the dinner, then to clean the kitchen, instead of going home after his work day in a guest house. We know that there are cheaper diners than us, but it is a service we offer, because our guests sometimes enjoy staying, eating without having to go out, when the day has been tiring. In addition, we serve quality meals, prepared only with fresh food, we wash vegetables with mineral water because we know that foreigners are sensitive to local water, and we want to prevent them from getting sick. The way of cooking is elaborate, and very tasty. Its quality makes our reputation on social networks.

Merci pour votre commentaire, nous avons effectivement revu la décoration de cette chambre, la seule où il manquait des volets à une des fenètres pour faire nuit dans la chambre. Toutes les autres ont soit des rideaux occultants, soit des fenètres. Toutes nos chambres disposent de savon et de shampoing de courtoisie, désolée qu'il y ait eu un loupé durant votre séjour. Et effectivement, nous ne proposons pas de robe de chambre, mais des serviettes de qualité.
